These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, hosting services, domain registration, VPS servers, dedicated servers, and other IT solutions provided by Jhapa Technical Pvt. Ltd. with offices in Nepal, UAE, and UK.

By accessing or using our services, you ("User", "Client", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Payments, Billing, and Renewals

Pricing: All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Subject to change with prior notice.

Billing Cycle: Monthly, quarterly, or annual billing available.

Automatic Renewal: Services auto-renew unless cancelled. Renewal reminders sent 7-14 days before due date.

Late Payment: Accounts overdue by 7 days may be suspended. 10% late fee applies.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans. Excludes domain fees, addons, and setup fees.

You agree NOT to use our services for:

Spamming/Phishing
Malware distribution

Data Backup and Loss

Daily backups performed on shared and reseller hosting plans. Retained for 30 days.

Customer Responsibility: You are strongly encouraged to maintain your own off-site backups.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend your account for non-payment, AUP violations, security threats, or excessive resource usage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jhapa Technical Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid in preceding 12 months.
